Damaged Products
If a perfume arrives completely broken or leaking, please contact us at info@lumeparfum.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the damaged item
• A brief description of the issue
We will review your case and offer a replacement or a refund, depending on availability.
Conditions for Returns
If a return is approved, the product must:
• Be unused
• Be sealed in its original packaging, just as it was received
Return Shipping Costs
If we approve a return, we will cover the cost of return shipping. You will receive a prepaid return label or reimbursement instructions.
